Episode 30 was a blast. We had the pleasure of having Eric Johnson on the show and he provided us with some great insight. Eric is a truly remarkable person and amazing runner. He ran his first Wasatch 100 in 1992 and then took 10 years off before completing it 10 more times and countless other races. This year he ran the Iditarod 1000….yes 1000 miles on the Iditarod course in Alaska. He hit the start line with 5 other people and finished in 26 days 18 hours and 49 minutes. We talk about running, racing and life. Thank you Eric and we are very excited to get you back on the show.
