Egg Weights are an ergonomic palm centered weights. They come in three different sizes: 3/4lbs, 1.25lbs, and 1.5lbs. Consider using them to improve upper body (torso and arm swing) mechanics on speed work days. The egg weights will also increase your caloric expenditure for a given workout when compared to not using the hand weights.
Overall Impression: Excellent! The weight fits nicely in the palm of your hand and let’s you run with normal mechanics. The 3/4lbs weights will be a great tool for form drills.
